Lansing Community College expanded their manufacturing wing and added new robotic technology. The goal was to use environmental graphics to impress potential employers with the realistic training facility and get students excited about skilled trades.

Fabricated steel signage, perforated metal wall panels to surround digital screens and doorways; powder-coated, moveable pylons for educational information and area identification. The visual vocabulary was derived from the industry: large, legible text, safety stripes, caution tape, steel colored metallic wallpaper finishes.

All items integrate with the existing architecture and give the impression of a factory setting.
