Letterpress: Signal-Return
If you haven't already, take a moment to visit Signal-Return, in Detroit's Eastern Market. It's full of work by local artists and the folks in the shop are the best. In addition to the storefront, you'll often have the opportunity to see printing presses in action. Here's a sample of what I've been working on. Items are available for purchase at Signal-Return and also here in our own online shop.
New Posters: Test Print
New posters coming soon. These are test prints. We pin them up at home to look at them for a while. I may make some adjustments to the linoleum, to soften the edges of the form slightly. The black covered nicely this time.

The Robot Garage, in Birmingham. We spent the afternoon there during the power outage. This is my masterpiece. Its a thunderstorm. The kids were not impressed.

Um... this thing is big. It was free. A client sent it home with us. It's as big as the yard, but we blew it up anyway. Right? It has its own compressor, so it was up and spraying within minutes. Not gonna fit back in the box. { It’s hard to believe this girl is in college now 2022 }

ASTRO-WEENIE PARTY TREE '09
Vegetables, a jar of green olives, sweet pickles and cocktail sausages on multi-colored toothpicks, applied to styro-foam cone, covered with aluminum foil, stuck to plate with peanut butter. Upon presentation, it didn't seem hilarious as I expected...but I'm not discouraged.
